We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to delete your account.
Important Notice
Account deletion is not automatic. You must contact our customer support team to process your account deletion request. The deletion process is handled manually by our support team.
How to Delete Your Payzo Account
Step 1: Access Delete Account Option
Open the Payzo app on your device and navigate to:
Profile Screen → "Delete Account" option
Step 2: Select Your Reason
You will be asked to select one of the following reasons for deleting your account:
Step 3: Choose Your Action
After selecting your reason, you will see two options:
Clicking "Talk to Us!" will open WhatsApp chat with our support team where you can discuss your concerns.
Important Information
Account deletion is not automatic. After you contact support, our team will:
- Verify your identity and account details
- Process your deletion request manually
- Confirm the deletion once completed
- Permanently remove all your data from our systems
Before You Delete
Please ensure you have:
- Withdrawn any remaining wallet balance (if eligible for refund)
- Used or transferred any cashback points
- Saved any important transaction receipts or statements
- Informed your referred users (if applicable)
- Resolved any pending transactions or disputes
